Polytek was a complete breath of fresh air. From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. It was clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

The job involved replacing the necessary pipes and renewing the kitchen, and we wanted to say a big thank you for the fantastic job carried out. From the first meeting right to the final touches, everything was handled with care and always with smiles on their faces. Nico and his team were professional and understanding throughout. Everyone was punctual and respectful, and we really appreciated how well Nico communicated at each stage of the project. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress free.

We also want to highlight how tidy and organised the team remained throughout the project. They treated the property with respect and made sure everything was left clean and working/functional at the end of each day, which made a big difference and something we really appreciated.

To facilitate the above, Nico kept us regularly updated on timings and visited the property on a daily basis, often more than once a day, to ensure the work was progressing to a high standard and that the property was left in good order.

Nico and some his team were good at answering any questions we had, always patient and calm. They also provided or offered their advice on certain aspects, which we appreciated. It was a pleasure to build a positive rapport and working relationship with Nico and his team, which made the whole experience much easier. This has continued even after the work has finished; when we see Nico and his team working on nearby properties as we travel to and from the property, they always greet us warmly, which speaks to the good relationship built and maintained during the project.

The final kitchen is great and reflects the hard work, care and attention to detail that went into it. We genuinely appreciate the effort, and we hope other projects are completed in the same way and ideally by Nico and his skilled team.

Since October last year, the heating and cooling project for 10 Grosvenor St has been very challenging at times. I would also like to especially thank Veni and his team for the excellent work and outstanding workmanship on both projects, an absolute credit to Polyteck, as I dearly would say without Veni’s team we would not have achieved practical completion. I would also like to give a special thank you to the contracts manager for 10GS, Arbey Rincon, for his knowledge and leadership during this project. Thank you all for delivering the project on time. The tenants will be absolutely delighted with the progress we made today.

Thank you once again for organising the assembly for us so promptly, as we now have a mini library with books donated to us.

It was a real pleasure to see that the same team who assisted with our flat-packed furniture last year were able to help us again. I wanted to send my thanks to Polyteck . We are running quite an ambitious programme for our residents. We have residents booked over 30 sessions between April and July . So far about 60 have attended.

The feedback so far has been 100% positive , with the residents saying how they want to learn more, for longer !

Your contribution of tools and materials is a important  to the success of the project . It means that we can have enough resources to deliver a great programme of training . In addition to learning new things and feeling empowered , residents are meeting each other and socialising. One resident reported that she hadn’t been out her home for ages and this course had enticed her out. She said it was good for her mental health to be out meeting others.
