At Polyteck, supporting our community is part of our core values, and our support for Richard House Children’s Hospice reflects this dedication. The hospice provides vital care to children with life-limiting conditions and supports families across East London. We aim to support their work by actively taking part in fundraising events, such as charity football, that help raise both funds and awareness.
On 23rd May 2025, under a bright and sunny sky, Polyteck proudly took part in the Richard House Charity Football Tournament at Shoreditch Powerleague. Teamwork, community spirit, and a shared goal of making a difference through sport marked the day.
Charity Football Unites and Defines Us
At Polyteck, we take pride in going beyond standard expectations. Our strength lies in combining professional excellence with real community engagement. We actively create value by investing time, energy, and heart into initiatives that have a genuine social impact. Events like this offer us a unique opportunity to lead with purpose while supporting those who need it most.

Our team’s collective support made this event even more special. Alongside the players, a group of enthusiastic colleagues brought energy and encouragement to the tournament. Ann Marie, Georgina, Klea, Mariyanas, and Cassie stood proudly, cheering us on and reminding everyone what this day was really about.

Team Polyteck
A team driven by heart and determination represented Polyteck on the pitch. Leading the squad was Manager Michael Petrella, whose passion for the cause set the tone for the day. Alongside him, Ayomide Adegbola, Billy Amor, Charlie Barnett, Antony Petinou, Sajid Mehmood Qadri, Sardar Sayed, Max Clark, Mark Cooper, Mauricio Andrade, and Klea Sadrija gave their full effort. Their dedication and teamwork embodied Polyteck’s commitment to making a real difference both on and off the field.
Why This Matters
Richard House Children’s Hospice offers more than medical support. It provides a lifeline to families navigating some of life’s most difficult challenges. Their experienced team welcomes children with highly complex needs, ensuring they receive compassionate, tailored care. Events like this football tournament allow the hospice to continue extending its services to families who depend on it every day.
