Polyteck has been working on this decent homes project for Homes for Haverring. The works involve the delivery of both minor and major works to occupied terraced properties, most of which include complete void refurbishment and new kitchens/bathrooms.

The exact scope of works is determined through an individual survey priced to the national schedule of rates

The works include the following :

• Renewal and improvement of kitchens and bathrooms
• Re-wiring
• Asbestos Removal Repairs to external building fabric
• Gutter repairs
• Replacement of internal doors
