Leveraging extensive expertise in prime properties, hotels, and luxury living spaces, Polyteck assumes responsibility for maintaining site’s operational excellence. The development blends historic significance with modern allure. It boasts amenities such as five restaurants, six retail units, 139 hotel rooms, a spa, and a ballroom for 1,000 guests.
