About Artillery House

An icon of Historic England, grade II listed building, built in 1928, in modernistic “Hollywood Egyptian” style, with architectural detailssuch as doorways surmounted by a ceramic miniature howitzer, appropriate to teh building’s name, with strip windows lightning stairs above, and more, kept the spirit of the past and became one of the most wanted office blocks.

Summary of Our Responsibilities

• Full strip out and & refurbishment to 3^rd Floor Office including lighting upgrade
• Refurbishment to communal WCs on each floor
• Replacement of main stair carpets and common parts redecoration

Office Lighting Specification:

• DALI Luminaire White 4K lighting installed following calculation testing and consultation with the Managing Agent for the property. After successful completion, Polyteck have been further instructed to replace 4 additional office spaces with this lighting system

The project is set over 650SqM across a 4 month timeframe.
