Charlotte Court Penthouse Development

Polyteck has successfully completed the development of four duplex penthouse units on the rooftop of Charlotte Court in Barnet. Each penthouse boasts two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and front and rear balconies offering scenic views.
The interior design incorporates a luxurious walnut floor and grey metallic bi-fold doors leading to the balcony. The project is designed to be environmentally responsible and to enhance the existing urban fabric.
Prior to this, we completed Phase 1, which involved obtaining permitted development for 30 apartments, and Phase 2, which included the full renovation of the ground floor into a gym.

Polyteck is the facilities maintenance provider for the building, while the complete rent roll is managed by our sister company, Goldman Greg.
