About the Building:

From Office Block to Luxury Living: The Remarkable Transformation of Charlotte Court.

Charlotte Court, originally an occupied 35,000 sq.ft. office block, became a key project in our portfolio. We acquired the site in March 2014 with the vision of strategically managing its development in phases, unlocking its full potential.

The initial phase involved the meticulous process of vacating the offices to pave the way for a transformative change. Obtaining permits, we embarked on developing 30 exquisite apartments, offering residents a modern and comfortable living experience. Simultaneously, we reimagined the ground floor and lower ground floor, successfully creating a state-of-the-art gym facility. To cater to the growing demand, Phase 2 also included the provision of additional parking facilities.

Optimising the Living Experience: Charlotte Court’s Journey to Enhanced Luxury.

As we progressed into Phase 3, our journey to elevate Charlotte Court continued in full swing. In April 2022, we initiated the development of four luxurious penthouses, situated on the rooftop, ensuring breathtaking views and unparalleled elegance. Simultaneously, we focused on optimising the overall environment by relocating the existing cell phone mast.

With Phase 2 completed, the ground floor gym facility is now leased and fully operational. It stands as a testament to our commitment to enhancing the living experience within Charlotte Court. Meanwhile, we are excited to share that the penthouse development is scheduled to commence later this year, with an estimated completion time frame of six months. These exclusive penthouses will be available for rent through our sister company, Goldman Greg, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience for our discerning residents.

Phase 4 holds great promise as we set our sights on constructing a new rear extension, garages, and an additional eight luxury apartments. This future phase aims to further enhance the offering at Charlotte Court, creating a harmonious blend of modern design, functionality, and luxury.
