Summary of Our Responsibilities:

Our responsibilities entail the provision of highly skilled and qualified personnel for all hard services and select soft services, coupled with the management of both planned and reactive maintenance programs. We offer dedicated support through a specialised contract manager and a team of seven professionals exclusively assigned to this site. Our service approach ensures direct and transparent communication with both tenants and clients, facilitating prompt resolution of any issues. We are accountable for the comprehensive management of the entire complex, including landlord areas, ensuring the delivery of seamless and efficient service.
