Summar of Our Responsibilities:

We provide comprehensive M&E and specialist maintenance services at Holland Park, Kensington, supported by a full-time resident engineer. Our operations encompass 150 pieces of equipment managed by over 40 specialist subcontractors. We are introducing innovative remote energy monitoring for main utilities, enhancing efficiency and sustainability. This project was secured through a competitive tender process, where we were selected for our competitive pricing and innovative service delivery. 

We currently manage Academy Gardens for Aspect Property Management, and we are pleased to have secured a new contract with them. We also manage other prestigious high-end residential developments, including Chelsea Barracks and Lillie Square. Strategically, this initiative expands our portfolio and strengthens our presence in the high-end residential market.
