Polyteck secures Islington Council’s general building works contract

Polyteck has been appointed by Islington Council to deliver essential general building repairs and maintenance services for approximately 35,000 council tenants and leaseholders.

Under the potential four-year contract, Polyteck will work alongside the council’s in-house teams to deliver a range of maintenance services, including day-to-day minor repairs, damp and mould remediation, plumbing, carpentry, metalwork, and glazing.

Polyteck’s team members will operate borough-wide, handling both high- and low-value works, and will also support emergency and urgent out-of-hours services.
