Over the course of 5 years Polyteck & Oliver Spencer have built up and maintained a close working relationship. During this time Polyteck have been responsible for the design, in collaboration with Oliver Spencer, construction and fit out of his Flagship Store and subsequent outlets. Together we have created and implemented an award winning brand style.

Fit Out Works

• Decorate shop front to match brand style.
• Reclaim existing wooden flooring back to original condition.
• Expose fireplaces and brick walls.
• Decorations throughout to match brand style.
• Overhaul of sash windows throughout.
• Extensive carpentry works to create custom made display areas and storage facilities.
• Sourcing and installation of appropriate lighting, including emergency and new power supply.
• Installation, on CCTV and alarm system.
• Removal of partition walls to create an open plan showroom.
• Enclosing an exposed basement courtyard to create a larger basement showroom area.
• Sealing internal walls and floor of basement to protect against weather. Including Lifting existing slabs above and installing waterproofing membrane.
• Creation and installation of kitchenette area.
• Installation of skylight in basement for additional natural light.
• Design & installation of new fire compliant Fire Alarm system linked into the entire building.
• Adjust existing plumbing to suit new layout and upgrade old boiler.
