Polyteck will oversee kitchen and bathroom refurbishments across Richmond’s housing portfolio, delivering high-quality solutions to enhance residents’ living standards. Our services include the removal of existing fixtures and the installation of modern kitchens and bathrooms, along with associated works such as gas connections, plumbing, electricity and finishing touches, to ensure a seamless and professional finish.

This year, Polyteck has been appointed as one of the 70 suppliers for Fusion21‘s £346 million, four-year Building Improvements Framework renewal. We have also been added to Procurement for Housing’s (PfH) £675 million, four-year Planned Works Framework and the Communities & Housing Investment Consortium’s (CHIC) four-year Kitchen and Bathroom Renewals Framework, further reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner in the facilities management sector.
