The Royal Exchange, a Grade I listed building in the heart of London’s financial district, requires specialist M&E maintenance combining heritage sensitivity with modern system performance.

We’ve been the main contractor since 2018 in partnership with managing agent Metrus Limited.

Our comprehensive contract covers building management systems, fire services, fall arrest systems, water sampling for legionella, emergency lighting, generators, air handling units, fan coil units, chillers, boilers, and drainage systems throughout the 320,000 sq.ft. property.

Working within Grade I listed buildings requires sensitive maintenance approaches preserving historical features while ensuring modern compliance and operational excellence.
