Polyteck secures FM contract for SharkNinja’s EMEA headquarters with IoT monitoring.

SharkNinja, a global innovator in household appliances with $3.7 billion in sales, appointed Polyteck to deliver comprehensive facilities management at their flagship 32,000 sq.ft. London office in Battersea Power Station development opened in 2022.

Responsibilities encompass full building management including maintenance and monitoring of heating and cooling systems, fixed wiring, building management systems, fan coil units, and expanded metal lath.

Key differentiator: deployment of Polyteck’s EnviroLogik smart building management platform.

EnviroLogik enables real-time remote monitoring of all M&E equipment and energy usage, delivering precise consumption data based on occupancy.

Customised dashboard provides early performance alerts enabling preventative action. Benefits include reduced callouts, improved efficiency, enhanced air quality, and energy savings.
