As Head of Human Resources at Polyteck Building Services Ltd I support Polyteck’s growth by developing practical HR policies and processes that work for both our office teams and site-based operations, while ensuring we maintain high standards of professionalism, fairness and compliance.

My role covers the full employee lifecycle and I am passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where people can thrive. This includes championing early careers, supporting apprentices and junior staff as they progress, and encouraging diversity across the business, working closely with our directors, department heads and managers to provide clear guidance, consistent decision-making and people-focused solutions that reflect the realities of a fast-paced building services environment.
