Being Operations Director at Polyteck has given me the opportunity to deliver what I call the engineering mindset, Identify the problem and apply the fix. I use this analogy across the business in varying circumstances from actual engineering problems to offering customer solutions.

I started as an installation electrician on the construction sites of the late 80s and with hard work and a determined work ethic progressed to where I am now.

Over 40 years of knowledge and experience in all operating and delivery systems within the building services industry has helped me develop like minded individuals here at Polyteck.
