Working with Polyteck has been a very positive experience so far. Their office seems well organised, efficiently booking the upcoming PPMs, responding to emails and call-outs without delays, and following up if necessary. Their engineers and subcontractors are highly competent, knowledgeable and on time, and detailed reports are sent soon after the work is completed, along with quotations for remedial works. I have been dealing with building maintenance companies for 15 years, and in my experience, people in terrain tend to be good, even excellent, but unfortunately, their work is often hampered by poor office support. It is early days (three months) but I hope this very good performance is maintained in the future.
