Billy has always been extremely friendly and helpful but today he has gone the extra mile, has put up with my frequent requests, provided me with info and confirmed he will continue to assist me until the matters discussed are resolved.  He is patient and calm and I believe may have even stayed a little late to continue to assist me and I wanted you to know how thoroughly pleased I have been with his service.

It is for this reason and the support of others including Simon McCarthy, Kiza & Veni (and their teams) that I recently awarded you the St Williams Court contract.

I should also single out Dave Bryan as another superstar who constantly helps get me out of trouble.

These are just some of the reasons why I consider Polyteck to be ‘my people’.
