Centrepoint UK supports homeless and at-risk young people in London, Manchester, Yorkshire, and the North East. Since 1969, Centrepoint has helped youth access necessary social support. In addition to offering a variety of housing and support services, the charity employs a team of experienced professionals. There is a real opportunity for Polyteck to contribute to the solution of a part of the housing crisis in London. As a result, we signed a 3-year agreement with Centrepoint that provides £250,000 for housing void repairs and voids to be filled. Under the agreement, we provide void repairs, including electrical, groundworks, plumbing, and general maintenance for the housing voids.
The Centrepoint Club Quiz is an event that Polyteck has proudly supported for several years. As part of our partnership with Centrepoint UK, we recognise the importance of raising awareness and funds for homeless and at-risk youth in the UK. By supporting Centrepoint’s annual quiz, we contribute to the charity’s ongoing efforts to provide vital services and support to those in need.

Polyteck’s Approach to Housing Solutions
Polyteck understands that housing issues require comprehensive maintenance and repairs beyond providing shelter. Our top priority is to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for all, which includes conducting regular maintenance checks on essential systems such as electrical, groundworks, and plumbing while adhering to the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance program.

We assign dedicated staff members with the necessary skills and training for effective maintenance. Taking a proactive approach to property management, we can create a sustainable and well-maintained housing environment that caters to the needs of our tenants.
Our goal is to provide high-quality housing solutions that promote social welfare and well-being. We streamline maintenance tasks using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS), increasing equipment efficiency and reducing downtime. Our commitment is to make a positive impact on the lives of our tenants and the community.

We are proud to have been involved in the event and look forward to continuing our partnership with Centrepoint.
