Polyteck will also be responsible for any fabric maintenance, repairs, or refurbishments required within the properties managed by Metrus.

Both Grosvenor Street (encompassing 150,000 sq. ft.) and Oxford House (extending to 100,000 sq. ft.) are multi-tenanted office buildings accommodating a diverse range of businesses. These contracts represent static manned site arrangements, ensuring a consistent and reliable service presence.
