Polyteck has secured a two-year contract with LL & GCPD Developments for a sustainable residential project in Burnt Oak, Greater London.

With a total investment of £6.4 million, we are transforming a former industrial estate into 24 modern, eco-friendly homes. This development will revitalise the area, providing high-quality housing for families and professionals alike.

Designed by Adam Roberts, our project prioritises security, sustainability, and long-term energy efficiency. We are integrating several eco-conscious features, including:

  • 100% energy-efficient lighting for lower power consumption
  • Natural ventilation and heat recovery (NVHR) systems to maintain indoor air quality
  • Smart glazing solutions to prevent overheating and enhance thermal comfort
  • Water-saving fixtures to reduce wastage
  • Optimised solar gain to harness natural energy
  • Use of A- and B-rated materials as per BRE Group’s Green Guide to ensure sustainability

Our scope of work on Burnt Oak includes demolishing the existing structure, executing pile foundation work, and constructing three- and four-bedroom homes, each with private parking and refuse storage.

Conveniently located in Zone 4, just 25 minutes from London King’s Cross, this development offers excellent transport links via the Northern and Jubilee Tube lines, making it an ideal choice for commuters.

John Polycarpou, our chairman, said: “This project is a fantastic opportunity for us to create safe, sustainable homes while enhancing the local community. We are committed to delivering a high-quality living environment that meets modern demands and improves the area’s appeal.”
